Every piece of art is a journey,
an event unfolding over time, guiding us through external and internal landscapes, contemplating, inviting reflection. It symbolizes an endless story, becoming a space for experimental new forms of expression rich in meanings and interpretations.

My journey is music, sculpting thoughts into space where boundaries between genres and styles do not exist. It is a constant mutual influence.

The presented drawings, graphics, ceramic objects, and musical installations become part of something greater. They interpenetrate in a wordless conversation where emotions and ideas flow freely, creating new meanings and contexts.

Every piece of art is a journey, an act of creation stretched over time, a process of willful creation at a certain stage of life's journey.

When we are born, we begin a journey where the experiences we gain release a range of colorful emotions in us. These, in turn, form the building blocks of artistic personality. The life of the creator usually reflects in the matter they create, and subsequent works often mirror specific moments.

Just as the artist’s ever-evolving individuality, their art also exhibits evolutionary traits. Initially, it is based on known foundations, but through growing experience, it moves towards experimentation. This process culminates in a phase of stabilization: finding one's own style, a creative hallmark that will allow the work to be identified with its creator in the future.

The act of creation is essentially a process within a process, a creative journey within the journey of life. It is a micro-journey. It begins with the will to create, transforming inspiration into a concept, ultimately finding its outlet in the birth of a finished work.

The Road Interpenetration Miniature Project is a syncretic reflection of the artist's life journey depicted in a visual and musical - in this case, Chopin - miniature. The compositions were chosen in such a way that, through the pianist's hands, key moments for the creator are shown in a small form. In this dimension, the music corresponds with the visual works, interpenetrates them, draws inspiration from similar sources and associations, and attempts mutual illustration and interaction.

There exists another reality – the reflection the world leaves in you if you are an artist. And after some time, if you follow the intuition of your own judgment, it will be the only thing that interests you.

Anna Wrzesień [PhD]

Doctor of Fine Arts in the field of design arts. Graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Currently running the Social Design Studio at the Institute of Design at the Faculty of Design Arts at her alma mater. Since 2020, a member of the University Council of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Designer, artist, involved in inclusive design and empirical research.

Ph. D Agata Górska-Kołodziejska

Pianist, lecturer in Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz University of Music. Honored with badge “Established for Polish Culture”, member of Chopin Society in Warsaw and member of the board of Warsaw Music Society. She is the winner of solo awards at international piano competitions. She has led an international artistic career, having performed solo piano recitals in Brussels, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Ukraine and Tunisia. As the pianist she performs concerts with orchestra, piano recitals and chamber music. She has also served as a judge at the international piano competitions. She has organized numerous music festivals, international conferences and international piano competitions for young performers. She is the author of a monograph, articles, and chapters in scientific publications, as well as numerous recordings and music albums. All of them were presented on Polish or foreign radio stations (Polskie Radio, HR2 Kultur). Her album "Music of Women.Songs" was named "The Album of the Year" by the music magazine HIFI and Music. From 2012 to 2020, she served as the Vice-Dean of the Vocal and Acting Department and Head of the Vocal and Acting Institute at the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź.
